WHAT GOES WITH FISH

Preserved fish was the only alternative before the invention of refrigeration. That was the only way that people in-land could eat fish. Now one has a choice, as any type of fish is available from any part of the world.

Fry it, bake it, grill it and why not enjoy still pickle fish and smoke salmon.
