WHAT GOES WITH PANKO BAKED FISH
A Dips and Spreads with a Greek Salad as a Starter.
Panko Baked Fish as a Main Course with Chips and Aioli Mayonnaise as a Side-Dish
Pears in Red Wine for Dessert
Prepare the Dips in advance or get them from a Greek Speciality Store.
The Greek Salad can be made 1 hour before and drizzled with dressing before serving.
The Panko Baked Fish taste like Fresh Fried Fish without the hassle of frying it while your guests have arrived. You must prepare the fish in advance, leave it in the fridge and bake it while your guest have arrived.
The French Fries, take 10 mn to fry with frozen cut chips. If you prefer fresh potatoes, you will need to peel them and chop them in advance, keep them in water and drain and pat dry before frying them.
If you have a handheld blender, the Garlic Mayonnaise take less than 2 minutes to make and worth it or you could use a ready made mayonnaise and add grated garlic and fresh chopped parsley or chives.
The Pears in Red Wine can be made in advance.

Some effort and planning is required for this dinner, although a lot can be made in advance and you need to spend very little time in the kitchen while your guests have arrived.
