A Crustless Quiche is a typical Mediterranean cooking, baked in the oven. 

Because it is Crustless it is not simply a Quiche filling, it is more substantial so it can hold its shape. Much simpler to make, no dough, no bake blind, no re-baking, no guess work and as delicious and with all the flavour of the Mediterranean. Traditionally baked in a rectangle pyrex and served sliced in squares. Can also bake them in cupcake pan and serve them separately.
