QUICHES
There are 3 type of Quiches.
The French Quiches, the Cauliflower Crust and the Crustless.
The advantage of these 3 different type of Quiches is that one can serve different ones depending on what follows.
If you want to serve a rich dessert, you can choose a Cauliflower Crust as it has no flour or a Crustless. This will balance your menu by not making the whole menu too heavy. The same goes if you know that some of your guests are on a diet you could start with a Cauliflower Crust Quiche and have a Fruit Salad or Sliced Fruit for Dessert.

The French Quiches made with Pâte Brisée is the Traditional one.
The Cauliflower Crust Quiches, with a crust made of Cauliflower flour.
The Crustless Quiches, are also baked in the oven but without a crust.
