The Cauliflower Crust was made with the intention to substitute flour with cauliflower and to make a healthy starter. It may be healthier but it is also delicious. Indulge your guests with this amazing concoction. The cauliflower flour is available in most supermarket - no need to prepare it yourself. The Quiche can be frozen and reheated on the day. 

The salad is very simple and can be used for Starter and Side for the Fish.

The Moroccan Fish takes 10 min in the oven. Have the sauce prepared in advance and just pop in the kitchen to pour the sauce over the fish and it should be ready by the time you finish making the couscous.

Sliced Fruit or Fruit Salad for Dessert in advance and keep it in the fridge.

 

A menu that requires some preparation while your guest are at the table, but with some planning you should be able to spend very little time in the kitchen on the evening.
