FRUIT SALAD
A fruit salad is the ultimate desert, imagine eating your favourite fruit without having to peel it or cut it, and not only that but also mixed with other fruit and all those flavours and juices combine in one dish!
There is no recipe for a fruit salad, choose fruit in season, ripe, contrasting colours, add some orange juice, a tablespoon of sugar (or not) to make it more delicious. Simple, healthy and delicious.

There are no quantities or fruit recommended for a Fruit Salad
Shop, smell and feel the fruits in season, choose the ones that should be ready for when you need them.
Peel and chop the bigger ones. Leave the Berries or Grapes whole and unpeeled. Apples and Pears are also tastier and more colourful with their skin on.
If possible get one big fruit like a Melon or Pawpaw to add volume and make the task of peeling easier.
Add one or two cup of Orange Juice and one to two tbs sugar.
Keep in the fridge for few hours to let all the flavours mingled.
