WHAT GOES WITH BAKED FISH
A Crustless Quiche and a Mixed Leaves Salad as Starters.
A Baked Fish in Tomato Sauce as a Main Course with Spanish Rice as a Side-Dish
Poached Peaches in White Wine as a Dessert

The Quiche is a great starter to any meal, it can be baked in advance and freezed, or on the day, as it does not take too much time or effort.
Assemble the salad 1 hour before and dress it just before serving it.​
For the Baked Fish it would be useful to make the tomato sauce in advance and pour it on the fish just before placing it in the oven for about 30 min.
The rice can be cooked before your guests arrive and kept warm.
The dessert can be made the day before and served with whipped cream.
A menu that requires some planning but which does not require much of your attention while entertaining your guests.
