The Crustless Quiche is a healthy starter for a rich meal as this one is not an Italian frittata but a baked crustless quiche. It can be made on the day or ahead and frozen.
Serve the Quiche with the salad.  You can assemble the salad one hour before and dress it before serving it. The salad can stay on the table and enjoyed with the Fried Fish also.

There is nothing to beat a fresh fried fish. You can have the fish ready to fry prepared in advance. Make sure that you have windows open and a fan going full blast.

The French Fries can be cooked at the same time than the fish.

End up the dinner with a Fruit Salad or sliced fruit in season.

A menu that requires a lot of cooking while your guests have arrived. You could cut corners and have a ready crumbed frozen fish that you can bake in the oven. The result is acceptable but not as good.
