WHAT GOES WITH BAKED SALMON
A Soup as a Starter.
A Baked Salmon as a Main Course with a Popped Rice Salad as a Side-Dish
An Apricot Jam Tart for Dessert
The Soup can be made in advance and freeze it.
The Popped Rice Salad is a combination of rice and salad and takes away the need for a side dish. It can be prepared in advance.
The Baked Salmon is very easy and once marinated can be baked while you having drinks.
The Apricot Jam Tart can be made a day before and served with fresh beaten cream.

An easy entertaining menu with very little to do on the day as the starter and the dessert can both be frozen.
