The Crustless Quiche is a healthy starter as this one is not an Italian frittata but a baked crustless quiche. It can be made on the day or ahead and frozen.
Serve the Quiche with the salad full of interesting ingredient. You can assemble the salad one hour before and dress it before serving it. The salad can be used for Starter and Side for the Fish.

The Fresh Tuna needs 1 hour to marinate and then can be cooked very quickly at the last minute before serving.

Pilau Rice is perfect to go with the Mango Salsa. It can be cooked 1 hour before and kept warm on a hot tray. 

Prepare the Fruit Salad few hours before. If a small number of guests, sliced fruit in season is easier.

Very little effort on the day with this menu. Quite a lot of planning to have all the ingredients and some cooking ahead is required to make it an enjoyable evening.
