WHAT GOES WITH FISH CURRY
Samosas as a Starters.

Chose Samosas
Samosas are the perfect starters for a Curry. You can make them with filo pastry and bake them. Use different fillings and enjoy them as finger food. You can freeze them unbaked.
Prepare the sauce for the Fish Curry in advance and just pour it onto the fish to bake for about 30 min. This takes 2 min to do it while your guests have arrived.
The Yellow Rice can be cooked 1 hour before and kept warm.
Chop the Bananas, Pineapple, onions and tomatoes for the Ramekins 1 hour before.
The Mexican Flan can be prepared the day before.
You could simplify this menu by getting ready made samosas. Otherwise it is a fairly easy and simple menu.
