WHAT GOES WITH MOAMBE KUKU CHICKEN STEW

A Cold Gazpacho Soup as a Starter.
Moambe Kuku Chicken Stew as a Main Course with Yellow Rice as a side dish.
A Mango Yoghurt Pudding for Dessert.
A Menu full of African Flavour.
A cold Gazpacho Soup to start that can be cooked in advance and can be freezed.
The Moambe Kuku Chicken Stew with Peanut Butter. Can be cooked in advance and freezed.
The Yellow Rice is a very easy rice to make, you add the spices and raisin while the water for the rice is getting hot. Cover and simmer for half an hour.
The Mango Yogurt Pudding can be made the day before.

Some planning is required, but there is no much need for you to be cooking while your guests are there.
MENU 2
A selection of Bruschettas a Starter replace the Gazpacho and Fresh Fruit in season instead of the Mango Yogurt Pudding.
Easy to prepare Bruschettas, and Fresh Fruit in season. This starter and dessert can be done 1 hour before your guests arrive. The only time you need to disappear in the kitchen is to warm up the Moambe Chicken and make the rice.
