PIZZAS RECIPES
There are so many recipes for pizza dough. Some simple, some difficult. Some quick, some that require 20 hours for the dough to rise. Some with fresh yeast, dried yeast, brewer’s yeast or baking powder. Some with bread flour, cake flour or cauliflower flour.
No wonder that one is confused and honestly one hasn't got the time to experiment all the variety.
The supermarkets have a range of pizza base that have been tested and proven.
With a homemade topping, using one's imagination and culinary knowledge one can achieve an excellent pizza.
If you feel challenged try the Rectangular Pizza Dough. It is the best but take some time to make it.
