SALAMI, FIGS AND ROQUEFORT PIZZA TOPPING
The mixture of the sharp taste of Salami and Roquefort is balanced with the sweetness of the fresh Figs. No cooking required beside assembling the pizza and placing it in the oven.
Topping for 1 ready made pizza base. Double up for a Rectangular Pizza Dough

1 ready made pizza base
250g (1/2lb) Roquefort crumbled
150g (5oz) Salami sliced
4 Fresh Figs cut in four (stem removed)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Assembling the Pizza
Spread the Rockeford on top of the pizza base and cover it with the slices of Salami Spread the Figs evenly over the pizza.

Follow direction of packaging for the ready made pizza base.
