BILTONG, PEPPADEW AND MOZZARELLA TOPPING
Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originated in South Africa and so is the Peppadew a sweet piquanté peppers. Both can be found in specialist shops.
Both have a unique spicy taste and combined make one of the best pizza topping.
1 ready made pizza base. Double up for a Rectangular Pizza Dough
1 ready made pizza base
250g (1/2 lb) Mozzarella sliced
150g (5oz) Biltong sliced
6 Peppadew cut in two
Grated Parmesan cheese
Assembling the Pizza
Spread the mozzarella on top of the pizza base and cover it with the slices of Biltong Spread the Peppadew evenly over the pizza.

Follow direction of packaging for the ready made pizza base.
