MUSHROOM AND ONION PIZZA TOPPING
Topping for 1 ready made pizza base. Double up for a Rectangular Pizza Dough

250g (8oz) mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
2 large onions sliced
3 tbs sunflower oil
250g (8oz) sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp fresh parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a large pan, saute onions in 2 tbs oil over medium heat until onions are soft and coloured.

In the same pan, add the mushrooms, remaining oil, the garlic, salt and pepper and rosemary. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are tender; drain well.
Assembling the Pizza
Arrange cheese slices on top of the pizza base
Spoon mushroom mixture over cheese.

Baking
Follow direction of packaging for the ready made pizza base.
