The Arugula Salad with Avo, Grapes and Walnuts is a salad with interesting ingredients, prepare the salad before your guests arrive and just dress it before taking to the table.

The Chicken Chutney is slightly spicy due to curry spices added. It does not require browning before baking it, make the sauce and pour it on top of the chicken, and place it in the oven before your dinner party. It takes one hour in the oven.

The Yellow Rice is a very easy rice to make, you add the spices and raisin while the water for the rice is getting hot. Cover and simmer for half an hour.

The Ramekins with chopped bananas, pineapple, onions, tomatoes and chutney can be prepared before your guests arrive.

The Norwegian Apple Cake is easy to make and takes half an hour to make and bake. Make it on the day or if short of time you can freeze it.
