ARUGULA SALAD WITH GRAPES, AVO, WALNUT

1 packet arugula
250 g (9oz) seedless red grapes
1 avocado
50 g (2oz) feta cheese
50 g (2oz) toasted walnuts
a small red onion,
1 tbs balsamic white vinegar
3 tbs sunflower oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cut grapes in half

Cut avocado in cube
-
Slice onion thinly
-
Spread arugula on a salad bowl

Add the grapes, avocado, onion and walnuts
-
Crumble feta cheese on top.

Dress with vinegar and oil
-
Season with salt and pepper.

Mix salad and serve.
