SOUPS
APRICOT JAM ROLL

A very easy menu, which should make your evening relax and enjoyable. Juggle your time, and if you need to the soup and the dessert can be made in advance.

The Soup is a healthy start to serve with this main course. It can be done the day before or when you have time and freeze it.

The Baked Chicken takes 10 min to assemble and 1 hour in the oven. The the rice takes just over 1/2 hour to make.

The Apricot Jam Roll can be done a day before or you could get a ready made one.

MENU 2

Make a Cauliflower Crust Quiche instead of the Soup. Replace the Yellow Rice with Potato au Gratin and have Pears in Red Wine for Dessert.

PEARS IN RED WINE

The Cauliflower Crust Quiche is very healthy and one can use different fillings. The Potato au Gratin can be in the oven at the same time than the Chicken Breast. The Pears in Red Wine are a great way to serve pears in season, easy to make and can be served hot or cold.
