CHICKEN BREAST WITH HONEY AND MUSTARD

WHAT TO SERVE WITH CHICKEN BREAST

A very easy recipe to make. The contrasting flavour of the Honey and Mustard are well suited to give an interesting twist to an otherwise simple dish.

Serves 4 to 6

Roast Chicken

8 chicken breast
½ cup honey
4tbsp mild mustard 
2tsp curry powder
    salt and pepper

  • Preheat oven at 180C

  • Stir the ingredients

  • Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish with skin side up

  • Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces.

  • Bake in oven for 1 hour.

TIPS

* Can make this recipe with skinless chicken breast, reduce the cooking time as it will dry up if you cook it for too long.

A great recipe if you have very little time for hand down cooking as the time to prepare it is very short and the oven does the cooking.
