An exotic Mixed Salad Leaves with Avocado and Pistachios as a Starter
A Main Course with the all time French Classic, Boeuf Bourguignon and White Rice
A popular coffee-flavoured Italian custard dessert, Tiramisu as a Dessert
This menu is suitable if you want to relax and enjoy the evening as most of the cooking can be made in advance.

The salad need to be made just before your guests arrive.
The Boeuf Bourguignon can be made in the morning or few days before and kept in the fridge. Depending on your schedule you could even make it any time and freeze it
The rice is so easy that it can be made 1/2 hour before serving it or earlier and kept warm on a hot tray.
Tiramisu can be made a day before and kept in the fridge.

You may want to choose a different salad or pudding, check the options in recipes for some inspiration.

For a winter evening, one can replace the Salad with a Soup and the Tiramisu with Honey Cake.

Soups are very versatile and can be made in advance and freeze. Always make double quantity and keep one in the freezer for preparation of an easy meal.
The Honey Cake is easy to make and can also kept frozen.
