HONEY AND CINNAMON CAKE
An exotic cake, not too sweet, stand on its own and perfect to have with Turkish coffee to end up a meal but surprisingly enough, enjoyed by children and a great stand by to have around. Easy to make and delicious, eat it plain or decorate it with cream

3 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup orange juice
½ cup oil
½ cup milk
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
Sesame seeds to decorate.

Spay Pyrex about 24 cm square (10" square) with non-stick cooking spray

Beat eggs and sugar in food mixer until thick and creamy.

Mix juice, oil, milk, honey and vanilla in measuring jug and pour over eggs

Mix flour with spices and fold in sifted flour with spoon. Than mix.

Pour mixture into prepared Pyrex, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in oven 160°C (325°F) for 30 min.

Cut into squares of about 4 cm (1.5")
