WHAT GOES WITH ROAST BEEF
MENU 1
A Starter of a Quiche and a Candied Walnut Salad
A Main Course with Roast Beef, Roast Potatoes and Baked Zucchini
A Dessert of Orange Marsala

A menu that requires you to disappear few times in the kitchen. Make sure that you have timers set up on your phone. Prepare the quiche and the dessert in advance to have more time on the day to concentrate on the last minute cooking.

Quiche can be made a day before or depending of your schedule can even be frozen.
The Salad must be made fresh.
The Zucchini can be prepared in advance and frozen unbaked. The Roast and the Potatoes must be prepared in advance but you can place them in the oven with the Zucchini just before your guests arrive. When ready to eat, dress the salad and check that the potatoes or the Zucchini are not drying out.
The Orange with Marsala can be made a day before and kept in the fridge.

MENU 2
Replace the Quiche with Filo Pastry Triangle, and Orange with Marsala with the Zabaglione.
​
A Starter with Filo Pastry Triangle, easy to make if you can buy the ready-made filo or buy ready made ones from a Greek Delicacy store. Prepare the salad and just dress it before serving. Must make the Zabaglione on the day before your guests arrive.
