CANDIED WALNUT SALAD
This simple salad is turned into an interesting mix of sweet and sour taste with the addition of candied walnut and pear.

100 g (4oz) candied walnut
2 tbs white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons oil
1 mixed bag of coloured lettuce leaves
Small bunch of watercress
1 small red onion
1 ripe red pear
Salt and pepper​

Mix vinegar, oil and mustard.

Cut lettuces into small chunk.

Chop the watercress.

Peel and slice the onion into thin rings.

Slice pear with skin.

Roughly chop walnuts
-
Place lettuce, chopped watercress and sliced onion into a salad bowl, top with sliced pear and candied walnut. Drizzle the salad dressing, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix the salad.
