The Soup is an easy starter and just get a crispy baguette to go with it. Soups can be made anytime and frozen

The Chops have to be done at the last minute, but they take a short time under the grill and they are loved by everyone. 

The rice takes about one hour to get it done, make it in advance and keep it warm on an hot tray.

The Honey Cake is a delightful cake with cinnamon and cloves, it is easy to make but can also be frozen.
