Dips or Spreads as a Starter with a Tomato and Onion Salad Salad

A Main Course with the Leg of Lamb with side-dishes of Roast Potatoes and Green Beans and Carrots.

A Turkish Baklava for Dessert

The Dips or Spreads can be made on the day or a day before and kept in the fridge.  

The Salad must be made 1 hour before and dressed before serving.

The Leg of Lamb and the Potatoes must be prepared and and place in the oven to be ready for eating.

The Green Beans can be made on the day or a few days before and kept in the fridge. Depending on your schedule you could even make it any time and freeze it.

The Turkish Baklava can be made few day before.

This menu is suitable for guest who are food connoisseurs and would appreciate a Greek/Turkish dinner.

Keep an eye on the Roast Leg of Lamb in the oven while your guest have arrived. A cell phone reminder is the best. 

If short of time, in most cities there are Greek specialities shop who produce very delicious ready made Dips, Spreads and Baklava.
