APPLE TARTE TATIN

The Soup can be made in advance and frozen.

The Vegetable Tagine as all Moroccan casseroles has a mixture of sweet and sour that gives it a special flavour. It can also be frozen.

The Couscous takes 10 min to cook.

The Tarte Tatin, an amazing upside down tart can be made a day before and reheated.
