Samosas as Starters.
A Kale and Chickpeas Curry as a Main Course with a Pilau Rice and Ramekins as a Side-Dishes
An Argentinian Flan for Dessert

Samosas are the perfect starters for a Curry. You can make them with filo pastry and bake them. Use different fillings and enjoy them as finger food. You can freeze them unbaked.
A very satisfying vegetarian main course made with kale and chickpeas with the added flavours of curry spices. Although the Curry can freeze, it takes about half an hour to make and may be better cooked fresh.
The Pilau Rice can be made one hour before and kept warm.
The Ramekins with chopped bananas, pineapple, onions, tomatoes and chutney can be prepared before your guests arrive.
The Argentinian flan is a short cut version of the Crème Brûlée and is easy to make. As it can be kept in the fridge for a day or two. It is a good idea to make it before and just take it out from the fridge to serve it.
An Indian Vegetarian Menu, spicy and delicious. You could use a shortcut and buy ready made Samosas from an Indian speciality store.
