1 DAY BEFORE

You can skip a starter for this very casual menu. Serve the Salad with the Pie.

Prepare the Salad and dress it just before serving it.

The lentils pie can be prepared in advance (if using fresh lentils it can take an hour to soften them) and place in the oven for about 45 min.

Make the Mexican Flan a day before.

Lots of vegetables to please your vegetarian friend. Swop the Mexican Flan if they are also Vegan for a fruit salad.
