WHAT GOES WITH STUFFED VEGETABLES

MENU 1

A Soup of your choice as a Starter

A Main Course with Stuffed Vegetables combining meat and vegetables all-in-one dish, and a Spanish Rice cooked with onions, tomatoes and peppers as a side dish.

A Dessert with a healthy Nut Crust Chocolate Tart

A menu suitable for friends who are on the "healthy side" of life. You can't go wrong with a soup, a main consisting mainly of vegetables and a Nut Crust Chocolate Tart!

The Soup can be made any time, kept in the fridge for few days or can be frozen.

The Stuffed Vegetables are a healthy combination of meat and vegetables. They can be made a day ahead and reheated.

The rice is so easy that it can be made 1 hour before on the day and kept warm on an hot tray

The Chocolate Tart can be made the day before.

You may want to choose a different tart, check the options in recipes for some inspiration.

MENU 2

A simpler version of the menu above would be to eliminate the soup and serve the Stuffed Vegetables with the Spanish rice without a starter. Serve the same dessert and if you want you could add a vanilla Ice Cream to serve it with.
