A perfect menu for when you don't have time on the day to cook but can spend time the day before preparing most of the dishes. It gives you the freedom to relax and be fresh on that summer evening.

The Filo Triangles can be made a day before or depending of your schedule can even be frozen.

The Salad must be made fresh and made bigger to serve also with the main course.

The Cold Beef must be roasted a day before and kept in the fridge. Slice it and place in a platter on top of some lettuce and decorate with pickled peppers and cucumber or whatever is at hand. The Potato Salad can made a day before.  

The Flan can be made a day before and kept in the fridge.
