ZOODLE WITH PESTO AND FETA

WHAT TO SERVE WITH ZOODLE

A healthy way to twirling spaghetti around your folk and as delicious.

Spaghetti Squash with Pesto

1 packet zoodle

2 tbs basil pesto

60 g (2 oz) feta cheese

1 garlic clove grated

10 cherry tomatoes cut in two

Sunflower oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Place a pan with 2 tbs oil on medium heat. Add grated garlic, warm the garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Add the Zoodle and 3 tbs water.

  • Let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the pesto, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Crumble ½ the feta with your fingers on top.

  • Take pan off the heat and mix all together.

  • Add the cut cherry tomatoes and the rest of the feta and serve
