WHAT GOES WITH BEEF TAGINE
Empanadas as a Starter.
A Main Course with a Beef Tagine and Couscous

A perfect menu with friends who are more adventurous and would enjoy delicacies from all parts of the world.

The Empanadas can be made any time. They do take about 2 hours to make from start to finish, but they can be frozen and reheated before serving.
The Beef Tagine can be made in advance, kept in the fridge for few days or can be frozen.
The Couscous is so simple and quick that you can disappear in the kitchen in between courses to make it.
Prepare the Orange with Marsala the day before so that you will only have to take them from the fridge to serve them.
