STRAWBERRY SORBET
Very easy to make at home, make a big batch when in season, and enjoy them when not available. This sorbet can be made with most other fruits also.
Serves 6

500 g (1 lb) strawberries
100 g (4 oz) icing sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
reserve few strawberries to decorate.

Blend strawberries.

Spoon icing sugar and lemon juice.

Blend a little more.
-
Transfer into a plastic container and freeze.

Serve decorated with a swirl of whipped cream
