SPINACH EMPANADAS

Buriquitas de Espinakas

Traditionally the Buriquitas are made about half the side of the empanadas. 

For 24 Buriquitas or 12 Empanadas

Spinach Empanadas

Filling

300g (11oz) packet Frozen Chopped Spinach (or 2 bunches of fresh spinach washed and shredded)

1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

¾ cup Feta Cheese Grated

1 Tbsp Flour

  • Thaw the spinach, squeeze out the water, pat dry with paper towels.

  • Mix all ingredients together.
