SPICY LAMB SAMOSAS
Serves 8

5 tbs sunflower oil
3 chopped onions
250 g (1/2 lb) mince lamb
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped green chillies
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp tomato puree
salt
1 cup water
100 g (4 oz) peeled and cubed potatoes

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till soft and golden.

Brown the lamb.

Add the tomatoes, chillies and garlic
-
Add the spices, the tomato puree and salt. Mix it all together
-
Add the water and bring to the boil.

Add the potatoes, cover and reduce heat.Let it simmer for about 20 min till it's all cooked and thick.

Remove from the heat and let it cool.
