SALMON FILO PASTRY TRIANGLE
A Salmon Filo Pastry Triangle to make with other variety of meat, chicken or
vegetables fillings.
Makes 40 Filo Pastry Triangle

½ kg (1 lb) Filo Pastry
1 can 400g (14oz) pink salmon
10 peppadew in bottle (or any other pickled peppers)
1 garlic crushed
Salt and black pepper.
4 tbs tomatoe puree, (paste, ketchup whatever tomaties)
1 beaten egg to bind it all
