RICCOTA PIE

350 g (12 oz) Ricotta

3 eggs

1 can condense milk

3 tbs flour

50 g (2 oz) melted butter

1 tsp baking powder

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)

  • Beat all the ingredients in a mixer

  •  Spray a pie dish with cooking spray

  • Pour the mixture into the pie dish

  • Place in oven for 35 min
