ORANGE WITH HONEY AND CINNAMON

A very easy fruit dessert, serve when oranges are in season and you want to make a simple dessert.

Chicken and Dates Tagine

6 oranges (navels or Seville are good)

6 tablespoons honey

6 teaspoons ground cinnamon

fresh mint leaves, torn (for garnish)

  • Peel the oranges and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.

  • Place on a serving platter.

  • Mix honey and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  • Drizzle the honey mixture over oranges and garnish with mint leaves.

 

 

TIPS

 * One could divide the oranges in segments. It is easier to eat but not as good presentation.
