MINCE BEEF FILO PASTRY TRIANGLE
A Mince Beef Filo Pastry to make with other variety of fish, chicken or
vegetables fillings.
Makes 40 Filo Pastry Triangle

½ kg (1 lb) Filo Pastry
½ kg (1 lb) beef mince
2 medium onions, chopped
4 tbs sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp parsley chopped
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
Salt and pepper

Brown onion in hot oil, add mince brown, add tomato paste and and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped eggs and parsley.

Season to taste.
