HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE
A great combination of Chocolate and Turkish Coffee. The conflict between Turkey and Greece about “Turkish Coffee” is well-known, although the particular delicacy is known by other names as well, including Greek, Armenian, Arabic, Cypriot and others.
The texture is thick and creamy. Perfect!

200 g (7 oz) bitter chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Turkish Coffee

Place one Turkish coffee cup of water - 80 ml (1/3 cup) and 2 tsp of sugar in a copper "ibrik" - if you have one, any other small pot will do
-
Let it boil
-

-
