CRUMBLED BERRIES MERINGUE
The perfect dessert for failed meringue. The meringue taste good but may not be perfect. Mix them with berries or cherries and an elegant desert is made in few seconds. Of course shop bought meringue would also do the trick.
Serves 4

250 ml (1 cup) cream
3 large meringues, extra for decorating
punnet berries, slightly crushed with a fork

-
whip the cream
-
add berries
-
crumble in meringues
-
pour into 4 glasses
-
and decorate with more crumbled meringue
-
chill and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Any preserved fruit on the sour side will do, strain the juice out and crush with a fork.
If no meringue available, make do with any left over butter cake or biscuit.
No cream? Make a point of always having vanilla Ice Cream in your freezer.
