CHICKEN SAMOSAS

Serves 8

Chicken Samosas

2 Chicken breasts, chopped small

1½ tsp Chili powder

â…› tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Fennel powder

2 tsp Coriander powder

½ tsp Ground pepper

Salt

2 tbsp Oil

3 Onions, chopped small

 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 or 2 Green chilies, chopped

  • In a saucepan, combine the chicken with the spice and cook covered till the chicken has cooked well and turns light brown. Pull slightly the chicken pieces with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, add, onions,and cook till soft. 

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and cook till onions turn a brown.

  • Add the cooked chicken to the onions, and mix.

  • Take out of the heat and cool.
