CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM FILO PASTRY TRIANGLE
A Chicken and Mushroom Filo Pastry Triangle to make with other variety of fish, meat or vegetables fillings.
Makes 40 Filo Pastry Triangle

½ kg (1lb) Filo Pastry
20g (1 1/2 tbs) butter
200g (7oz) mushrooms chopped
½ kg (1lb) chicken breast
1 egg
1 garlic clove
Chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper
Sesame seeds to decorate

Melt butter in frying pan and add mushrooms. Add garlic and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook till mushrooms have absorb their liquid, Take them out of the pan and dry them on an absorbent paper towel.

Saute the chicken breast for few minutes on each side. Cut into small pieces.

Mix the chicken pieces with the mushrooms
