CHERRIES TOPPING

A variation from the Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce. Ice Cream and Cherries. 

Serves 4

CHERRIES TOPPING

150 g (5 oz) cherries

100 g (4 oz) sugar

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup port

  • De-peep Cherries

  • Place all the ingredients in a pot and simmer until the Cherries are just soft, set aside to cool. 

​

Serving Suggestions

Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
